Through our PHAC supported immPACC project, the ISU has been developing the tools and materials to help you, as the facilitators. We have kept this to a core set of accessible tools. These are:
Website for Facilitator Training Materials: We have a wealth of facilitator materials on the web (this site).
Miro: immPACC Mapping sessions are designed to be done virtually, all through the Miro app. The ISU has created an immPACC template for Miro that should have everything you need including slides, the immPACC Map templates, and all the persona pictures.
A Video Conferencing Tool with Screen Share: Generally we recommend Zoom, but any modern videoconferencing tool that allows higher quality screen sharing will be appropriate. It is important to use the tool that you are comfortable with and, perhaps more importantly, your participants are comfortable with and will use for the session.
Word Processing Tool: We have created a brief feedback report template to help you create the short immPACC report. This has been done in Word.
Slack for facilitators: The ISU has set up a slack channel to support immPACC Facilitators communication. Please contact the ISU for access: [email protected]
You are certainly welcome to add additional tools to this and we would love to get your feedback so we can improve our tool choice for immPACC.
