The ISU has developed tools to help you as the facilitator. We have kept this to a core set of accessible tools. These are:

1. Website for Facilitator Training Materials: We have a wealth of facilitator materials on the web (this site).

2. A Video Conferencing Tool with Screen Share: For online workshops, we generally recommend Zoom to bring your stakeholders together! However, any videoconferencing tool that allows high quality screen sharing is appropriate. It is important to use the tool that you are comfortable with and, perhaps more importantly, your participants are comfortable with.

3. Miro for the Virtual Whiteboard: PACC Mapping sessions are designed to be done virtually, all through the Miro app. The ISU has created a PACC Mapping template for Miro that should have everything you need including slides, the PACC Mapping templates, and all the persona pictures.

4. Word Processing Tool: We have created a brief feedback report template to help you create the share back the results of your workshop.
