This page hosts our ISU collection of youth personas that face barriers to care for Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) conditions. Please use these personas as a frame for patient cases you might include as part of your next PACC Mapping workshop; we always recommend tailoring personas to the patient population within the community engaging in PACC Mapping.
While our personas are public, and you can modify them as you see fit for your workshop, our ISU team is always glad to support with persona prep. Our team is committed to developing and sharing personas with diverse ethnicities, socioeconomic statuses, care histories, conditions, and much more. Work to integrate Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within PACC Mapping is a continuous process and we welcome feedback or suggestions on how we can strengthen our personas to best reflect diverse populations. If you find this collection does not match the experiences, care needs, and/or priorities of your community, we’re always glad to collaborate on persona development!
