Team Mapping Facilitator Training
Introduction, Pre-Work, and Agenda for Participants
Team Mapping Facilitator Training walks participants through the Team Mapping method and the facilitation of Team Mapping. Team mapping can be facilitated in person or virtually using MIRO or PowerPoint.
The Team Mapping Facilitator Training workshop series has been recently re-designed to focus on training for the LEAD FACILITATOR role in Team Mapping. This workshop will be delivered in 2-2.5 hour virtual workshops facilitated over MIRO and Zoom.
After completing the workshop series, participants will be invited to an additional MIRO focused practice session (on December 6th). You will also be invited to try out our new ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING TOOL focused on how to work with MIRO to build out maps, and take on the BOARD FACILITATOR role.
