This page is designed to help guide you through the Immunization Primary and Community Care (immPACC) Mapping Process. It will walk you through the three stages of immPACC and includes all the materials you need to run your own session.

If you have been to the facilitator training, you will already be mostly familiar with how to use these resources. If you are interested in attending a training session, our "super coaches" can walk you through the method and practice, and you'll be able practice facilitating with our growing network of facilitators.
Our facilitator training has several components to it, including this toolkit, a two-part, online training session, as well as at-the-elbow coaching in your first community workshop and an ongoing community of practice.
In the community of practice we connect with you both regularly and as needed to provide ongoing support throughout your participation in this project.
