Hello PACC Facilitators!

This toolkit is designed to help guide you through setting up a Primary and Community Care (PACC) Mapping workshop.

Within this toolkit, the content is broken down into the three stages of PACC Mapping. Within each stage you’ll find the corresponding materials you’ll need to facilitate a workshop.

This toolkit assumes you have been to the facilitator training, so you will already be mostly familiar with how to use these resources. If you are interested in attending a training session, our "super coaches" can walk you through the method and practice facilitating and/or mapping. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to continue to practice and share experiences with our growing community of trained facilitators.

PACC Training Overview

Our facilitator training has several components to it, including this toolkit; a live, online training series; at-the-elbow coaching for conducting your first community workshop; and a community of practice for ongoing skill development and collaboration*.*
